Is there any place that can help me Get a home loan with bad credit?
I am a single mother of 2 who for the past year has been renting a home. I was told I would be able to rent to own but the landloards have changed their minds and want to just sell. My credit score is 500. I cant find any help to buy this house. Is there anything out there?

I am sorry but there is no way you can buy a home with such poor credit.

A person with a 720-850 score will pay 5.785% or $879 a month for a total of $166,331 in interest over the life of the loan. The person with a 560-619 score will pay 8.531% or $1,157 a month for a total of $266,400 in interest. That is $100,000 difference in interest payments alone. As you can see improving your score would save you a ton of money.
